End of Tenancy Cleaning
End of Tenancy Cleaning (Move in or Move Out)
Our primary purpose of end-of-tenancy cleaning is to ensure that the property is left in a clean and presentable condition, ready for the next tenant to move in. This cleaning process is typically more detailed and extensive than regular cleaning and it involves cleaning various areas of the property, including:
1. Kitchen: Cleaning all appliances (oven, refrigerator, and microwave), countertops, cabinets, and sinks. Removing any grease or grime build-up.
2. Bathrooms: Scrubbing and sanitizing the toilet, bathtub or shower, sink, and tiles. Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces.
3. Bedrooms: Vacuuming and dusting all surfaces, including floors, carpets, and wardrobes. Removing any spider webs.
4. Living areas: Dusting and cleaning all furniture, vacuuming or mopping floors, and cleaning windows and mirrors.
5. General areas: Cleaning light fixtures, switches, sockets, and baseboards. Wiping down doors and frames.
6. Deep cleaning: On request, our end-of-tenancy cleaning involves deep cleaning tasks like steam cleaning carpets, washing walls, and cleaning grout between tiles.
Our goal is to leave the property in at least the same or better condition than when the tenant first moved in.
